We are delighted to showcase the best of Aotearoa at the New Zealand Organic Wine Tasting held on the first night of the conference.

Running from 5 - 7pm on Monday 16 June 2025, the tasting is for all conference delegates and is designed as a social and relaxed event - an opportunity to meet your fellow delegates and taste delicious organic wines.

We invite attending NZ wineries to share up to 3 wines at this tasting and provide a representative to pour.

You're welcome to bring ice, an ice bucket, brochures and business cards, bearing in mind that your space will be limited to a barrel top or bar leaner.

No pull-up banners are allowed. Wooden winery signs will be provided with your winery / brand name.

​

Wines must be in conversion to organics and made to organic standards, certified organic, or come from a biodynamically certified vineyard.

There is no participation fee.

2-3 bottles of each wine is recommended (extra if under cork). Wines can be brought with you at the time, delivered to the venue on the day, or delivered the week prior. Addresses will be given when your registration is confirmed. Chiller space will be available.

Winery representatives should arrive in the hall at 4.30pm for a briefing and to set up their barrel top. Representatives are also asked to clear their station and help pack down at the end of the night.
